About Us

Help is Our Main Goal Ever

More about

Bright Light Charitable Society was founded by Dr. Ketha Veeraraghavulu and Neeraja in 2016 to provide for the basic needs of the rural population in Andhra Pradesh. This includes access to medical care, quality education, housing, and simple quality of life needs such as food and clean water.

Our Mission

We started with the primary goal of bringing care to villages in remote locations in the form of medical camps and specifically eye camps to deliver comprehensive, free, and quality eye care service to people in need. People living in these remote rural locations lack immediate access and have to travel considerable distances, so instead we bring it right to their doorsteps. Since 2016, our family team has conducted numerous eye camps across different villages throughout AP.

Education is also a priority for us and we pledge funds for underprivileged children going through primary education. Moreover, higher education is very important to us and we provide funds for those wishing to elevate themselves to their dream professions. We have helped young and brilliant minds achieve their goals in a wide field of studies such as Engineering, Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry and Masters Programs.

Lastly, we believe basic amenities such as clothing and blankets should be available for all and conduct clothing drives across villages in AP
